Real Estate Video Marketing in Haryana: Project Videos That Bring Enquiries

How developers and property dealers in Hisar and Haryana can plan walkthroughs, location videos, Reels and ad creatives that turn viewers into site-visit enquiries.

Video editing timeline with colour-graded footage on an editing screen

Buying a plot, flat or shop is one of the biggest decisions a family makes. Before anyone visits a site in Hisar or anywhere in Haryana, they want to see it, understand the location and feel confident about the developer. Video does that better than a brochure. Good project videos answer questions before the phone rings, so the enquiries you receive come from people who are already interested.

Here is a practical plan for developers, builders and property dealers who want videos that bring real enquiries, not just views.

The five videos every project needs

1. The project overview film

A one-to-two-minute video that introduces the project: the name, the type of property, the location, the main features and how to enquire. Use drone shots if you have them, ground-level shots of the entrance and roads, and clean titles that state facts clearly. This is the video for your website, YouTube channel and the first message you send on WhatsApp.

2. The location video

Most buyers ask "where exactly is it?" first. Show the route from a landmark people know, the main road access and the places nearby: schools, hospitals, markets and highways. Keep every claim accurate. Only show distances and travel times you have checked yourself, and say "approximately" when that is the honest word.

3. The walkthrough

For built properties, a slow, steady walkthrough of a sample flat, villa or shop lets buyers imagine living or working there. For plotted projects and industrial parks, walk the internal roads, show the boundary, the gate, street lights, drainage and green areas. Natural daylight and stable footage matter more than fancy effects.

4. Short Reels for social media

Cut the long videos into 15 to 45 second vertical Reels and Shorts, each with one message: "Plots near the highway", "Gated campus with wide roads", "Site visit this Sunday". Add bold captions, because most people scroll with the sound off, and end every Reel with a clear call to action and phone number.

5. Updates and trust videos

Construction progress updates, approvals being displayed at the site office, events and site visits all show buyers that the project is active and the developer is transparent. Post these regularly to keep past enquiries warm.

Plan the shoot before you hire a camera

  • Shot list. Write down every shot you need: entrance, roads, sample unit, amenities, nearby landmarks, office, team.
  • Light. Shoot exteriors in the early morning or late afternoon for soft light, and avoid harsh midday sun.
  • Permissions. Follow the local rules for flying drones, and get consent before filming people.
  • Clean site. Clear debris, park vehicles away from the frame and make sure the signboard is visible.
  • Audio. If someone is speaking on camera, use a clip-on microphone. Viewers forgive average video far more easily than bad sound.

Editing that sells without over-selling

Editing turns raw footage into a story: where the project is, what it offers and why it suits the buyer. Colour correction makes the site look as good as it does in person, not artificially perfect. Simple motion graphics can show a site plan, a location map or plot sizes clearly. Keep text short, use the same fonts and colours as your brochure, and finish with your logo, phone number and WhatsApp.

Above all, stay accurate. Do not show amenities that are not planned, and do not use visuals of another project. Follow RERA and advertising rules for project details and registration numbers. Your legal advisor can confirm what each ad must show. Trust is the real product in real estate, and one misleading video can cost more enquiries than it brings.

Where to publish

  • WhatsApp. Send the overview film and a short Reel to every new enquiry, and share updates on WhatsApp Status.
  • Instagram and Facebook. Post Reels regularly and use the best ones as ads aimed at your city and nearby towns.
  • YouTube. Upload the full overview and walkthrough with a clear title such as the project name, property type and city, so buyers searching later can find it.
  • Google Business Profile and website. Add the overview video where buyers check your details.

Measure enquiries, not just views

Ask every caller where they saw the project, and note it down. Use a separate WhatsApp link or number in ads when you can. Over a few weeks you will see which videos bring calls and site visits, and you can make more of what works.
