How it works

How to use the qr code generator

Many “free” QR sites create dynamic codes that redirect through their servers and stop working when a trial ends. The codes made here are static: your link or details are encoded directly into the pattern, so they keep working as long as the link does — no account, no tracking, no expiry.

The QR encoder is a small script written for this site and runs entirely in your browser. Choose WhatsApp to open a chat with a pre-filled message, UPI to create a standard upi://pay link for any UPI app, Phone for a tap-to-call code, or Website for any link.

For print, download the 2000 px PNG or the SVG, keep the quiet zone (white border) and use dark colours on a light background. Use higher error correction if you'll place a logo over it, and always scan-test the final printout with two different phones.

  1. Pick the QR type and fill in the details.
  2. Adjust error correction, size and colours.
  3. Scan the preview with your phone to test it.
  4. Download PNG or SVG and add it to your poster, card or packaging.

FAQ

Questions about this tool

Do these QR codes expire?

No. They are static codes with your data encoded directly, so they don't depend on this website.

Is the UPI QR code safe?

It creates a standard upi://pay link with the UPI ID you type. Double-check the ID and make a small test payment before printing.

Which format is best for printing?

SVG scales to any size without blur. If your printer needs an image, use the 2000 px PNG.

Can I change the colours?

Yes, but keep strong contrast with a dark foreground on a light background, or some scanners may fail.
