How it works

How to use the business card maker

A visiting card still matters for shops, clinics, contractors and freelancers in India: it sits in wallets and on desks long after a WhatsApp message is lost. This maker gives you four simple layouts (classic, bold bar, split colour and centred), your logo and colours, and a back side with a QR code that opens a WhatsApp chat with you or your website.

Cards are drawn at the standard 3.5 × 2 inch size at 300 DPI (1050 × 600 pixels), which is what most printers expect. Download the front and back as PNG, or download an A4 sheet of 10 cards with light crop guides if you print at home or a local print shop. Keep important text away from the edges and use a strong contrast between text and background.

The QR code is generated in your browser with the same encoder as our QR code generator; scan it with your phone before printing. Nothing you type is uploaded.

  1. Type your name, designation, business and contact details.
  2. Choose a layout, colours and optionally upload your logo.
  3. Pick a WhatsApp or website QR for the back.
  4. Download front and back PNGs or an A4 print sheet.
